3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers use the HP 131A cyan toner (CF211A)?
The HP LaserJet Pro 200 M251 series (M251n, M251nw) and the multifunction printers in the M276 series (M276n, M276nw). Check the reference on the cyan cartridge already installed: it should read CF211A or 131A.
How many pages does the HP 131A cyan print?
1,800 standard pages. The yield is declared as a cyan, yellow and magenta composite according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard: the three colours are measured together on the same set of test pages, which gives an average, not a maximum.
Does the black 131A cartridge last longer than the cyan?
No, it is the other way round in this range. The black CF210A is rated at 1,600 pages, while cyan, yellow and magenta reach 1,800 pages each. Black is therefore the first colour to replace on an M251 or an M276.
Is there a high-yield version of the HP 131 toner?
Yes, but in black only: the 131X (CF210X) cartridge goes up to 2,400 pages, compared with 1,600 for the 131A. Cyan, magenta and yellow only come in standard capacity in this range.
What are the dimensions of an HP 131A cartridge?
365 × 100 × 110 mm, identical for all four colours in the range. That 36 cm length often comes as a surprise: the cartridge is much bulkier than the compact M251 would suggest.
Is the HP 131A suitable for printing colour marketing documents?
Yes. The ColorSphere toner in this range gives a glossy finish, with photo-quality graphics and images, sharp detail in charts and nuanced shades in images, across a wide range of laser papers.
How can I tell in advance that the cyan toner is running out?
An alert is displayed when the toner level runs low, leaving time to order before the printer stops. The HP SureSupply service also shows the list of cartridges compatible with your printer, which helps avoid ordering the wrong reference.
Does replacing the cartridge require a tool or a technician?
No. The replacement procedure is designed to be quick and simple, with no tools: it is a task for the user, not a job for a technician. The old cartridge can then be recycled.
Can the cyan 131A toner dry out while waiting to be used?
No. Laser printing uses a dry powder: nothing evaporates and no nozzle can clog, even after several months without printing. That is the decisive advantage of toner over inkjet for a workstation used intermittently.
Does the CF211A replace the other colours of the M276?
No, it only supplies cyan. The black CF210A, magenta CF213A and yellow CF212A are three separate references. Check all four levels before ordering: in this range, they run out at similar rates.
Is this HP 131A cyan toner new and under warranty?
