3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers take the HP 131A Magenta toner (CF213A)?
The HP LaserJet Pro 200 M251n and M251nw and the M276n and M276nw multifunction printers. Note the full model number on the machine's label before ordering.
How many pages does the HP 131A Magenta toner print?
1,800 standard pages, cyan, yellow and magenta composite yield declared in accordance with the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. Actual yields vary noticeably with the images printed: pink or red solid areas use up magenta much faster.
Is there a high-yield version in the HP 131 series?
Yes, in black: the 131X (CF210X) is rated at 2,400 standard pages. The HP 131 range, as HP describes it, consists of black in two formats and the three colours in standard capacity: for magenta, this CF213A is therefore the reference to choose.
What does HP ColorSphere toner technology bring?
It gives the toner a glossy finish that produces photo-quality graphics and images: sharp detail in charts, well-held shades in images, and consistent results across a wide range of laser papers.
Can I be alerted when magenta is running low?
Yes. HP provides a low toner level alert in this range, backed by the HP SureSupply service, which shows the list of cartridges compatible with your printer. The programme's features do, however, vary by country.
Can the magenta be replaced on its own in a LaserJet Pro 200 M276nw?
Yes. The four colours of the 131 series are separate cartridges, each in its own slot: the magenta is removed and replaced without touching the black, cyan or yellow left in place.
Is replacing an HP 131A cartridge quick?
Yes. HP describes a quick and simple replacement procedure with no adjustment: open the cover, remove the old cartridge, insert the new one and printing resumes.
What are the dimensions of an HP 131A toner to keep in stock?
365 × 100 × 110 mm: a compact cartridge about 36 cm long that fits in a deep drawer. Keep it flat in its box, away from light, until it is needed.
