3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

The HP LaserJet Enterprise 700 M712dn, M712n and M712xh, and the M725dn multifunction printer. These are A3 departmental machines: note the full model number on the front before ordering.
How many pages does the HP 14A Black toner print?
10,000 pages, average yield established according to the ISO/IEC 19752 standard in continuous printing. Actual yields vary noticeably with the images printed: this is a consumable for a shared machine, not for an individual workstation.
How much does an HP 14A cartridge weigh?
Approximately 2.3 kg. It is a consumable for a departmental machine, to be handled with both hands: set it down flat on a work surface rather than lifting it out of the box with one hand.
Is the HP 14A an original HP toner?
Yes, it is an original HP LaserJet cartridge. On Enterprise 700 machines, where the powder passes through the whole mechanism with every page, the consumable specified by the manufacturer is what preserves the mechanics over time.
Is the HP 14A toner suitable for a heavily used printer?
Yes, that is what it is made for. With 10,000 pages per cartridge on M712 and M725 machines designed for a whole department, replacements become less frequent: on this type of machine, what matters is not the price of the consumable but how often the printer stops.
Can a spare HP 14A cartridge wait for months?
Yes. Toner is a powder: nothing dries out and no nozzle clogs, unlike liquid ink. On a departmental machine, keeping a spare cartridge is in fact the rule, so that production is never interrupted.
