This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the mouse work on all surfaces, including a glass desk?
The 4,000 dpi multi-surface sensor tracks on a wide range of surfaces, including marble, but not on glass. On a glass desktop, plan on using a mouse pad.
Do the keyboard and mouse need recharging, or do you change batteries?
Nothing to recharge: both devices run on replaceable batteries, supplied in the box, with a rated battery life of up to 20 months for the keyboard (LEDs off) and 24 months for the mouse. The keyboard has a battery indicator.
How do the keyboard and mouse connect to the computer?
Via a 2.4 GHz wireless link with a supplied USB dongle: you need a free USB Type-A port on the computer. Range reaches 10 m in open space and varies with the environment. The link is protected by 128-bit AES encryption.
What does typing feel like on this HP 655 keyboard?
Contoured push-button keys with extra-short travel and an actuation distance of 2.0 mm. The layout is AZERTY, in a standard format organised in 3 zones, and feet adjustable up to 6 degrees let you set the tilt.
How long does this keyboard last under heavy use?
All the keys are rated for 10 million keystrokes. The keyboard is spill-resistant and its surface withstands up to 1,000 cleanings with disinfectant wipes — a real advantage on a shared workstation.
Can you program shortcuts and adjust the mouse sensitivity?
Yes, via the free HP Accessory Center software, downloadable from the Microsoft Store: it programs up to 20 keys on the keyboard and adjusts the mouse DPI settings. The mic mute, dictation and emoji keys also rely on this software.
Is the mouse suitable for a left-handed user?
Yes: an ambidextrous design with a non-slip finish, made for left-handed and right-handed users alike, with 3 buttons. It weighs only 0.09 kg, for 120.28 × 69.95 × 41.39 mm.
What is concretely behind the “sustainable design” claim?
Percentages measured to the IEEE 1680.1-2018 EPEAT standard: 62% post-consumer recycled plastic in the keyboard and 69.8% in the mouse. Add to that replaceable batteries and a surface that withstands 1,000 disinfections.
Which operating systems is this combo supported on?
