Frequently asked questions about this product
Does this 65-inch ViewBoard display have an operating system?
No: it is designed without a native operating system. It is a choice made for security and freedom: you connect your own machine, or you add a slot-in PC in its OPS slot.
How many people can write on this display at the same time?
The display has 40-point infrared touch: around ten hands can work on the surface simultaneously, in a meeting as well as in a classroom.
Is a single cable enough to present from my laptop?
Yes: the USB-C connection is plug and play — picture, touch and power all go through the same cable, with up to 65 W to charge the computer during the presentation.
Which PC can be installed in the OPS slot?
A slot-in PC running Windows, Linux or Android. An EDLA-certified OPS adds the advanced whiteboard and access to the Google Play Store; a FreeDOS or UEFI Shell module allows a custom installation.
What ports does this interactive display have?
Three HDMI, one USB-C, one VGA, two USB 3.0, one USB 2.0 and an OPS slot. HDMI accepts 3840 × 2160 at 60 Hz.
Is this ViewSonic display suited to Google Workspace as well as Microsoft 365?
Yes: it is stated to adapt to either one, since it is the PC you connect to it — or the one in the OPS slot — that provides the software environment.
Is this 65-inch ViewSonic interactive display new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new ViewSonic display, an IFPG1 series ViewBoard in 65-inch UHD 4K (3840 × 2160). The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year.
