1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Where do you store the Kensington Valu's receiver when travelling?
Inside the mouse itself: the nano receiver is stowable and fits into a dedicated compartment. That keeps you from losing it between trips, the most common failure of a wireless mouse.
Do you need to install a driver for the Kensington Valu mouse?
No. You plug in the USB receiver and the driver downloads and installs automatically: nothing to prepare, nothing to pair before you start working.
Are the Kensington Valu's clicks really silent?
They are rated significantly quieter than a standard mouse. Kensington explicitly targets libraries, conference rooms and shared offices, where clicking disturbs the people around you.
How do you know when the Kensington Valu's battery is running low?
A low battery indicator warns you before it runs out, and an on/off switch lets you cut the power when the mouse is put away. Two details that make replacements much less frequent.
