3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers take the HP 651A Black (CE340A) toner?
The HP LaserJet Enterprise 700 color M775 multifunction printers, namely the M775dn, M775f, M775z and M775z+. Note the full model number shown on the machine before ordering.
How many pages does the HP 651A Black toner last?
13,500 pages, an average yield determined according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard, the one used for colour supplies. Actual yield varies considerably with the content of the pages printed.
Does black last longer than the colours in the HP 651 series?
No, it is the other way round here: the CE340A Black is rated at 13,500 pages, whereas the cyan, yellow and magenta in the same series give 16,000 each. The habit of stocking only black therefore backfires on this machine.
Do you need to remove a seal before installing the 651A toner?
No. The seal is removed automatically: nothing to pull, nothing to peel off, and no powder on your fingers. Installation is therefore quick, which matters when a technician is servicing several machines.
Can you track toner usage on an M775?
Yes. Smart technology built into the cartridge lets you track usage and reorder without counting by hand — useful on a machine shared by a whole workgroup.
What does HP ColorSphere toner bring to the 651 series?
It aims for consistent results across a wide range of professional laser papers: crisp blacks and vibrant, photo-quality colours, without having to recalibrate for the media used for a document or a presentation.
Who is the HP 651 supplies series intended for?
For enterprise workgroups in managed print environments, and for SMEs that produce their own marketing materials in-house. This is an A3 colour machine: the supplies match it, in volume as well as in size.
How much space does a spare HP 651A cartridge take up?
It is bulky: 492 × 188 × 225 mm, nearly 50 cm long. Set aside a dedicated shelf next to the machine rather than a drawer, and keep it flat in its box.
