What screen does the Grandstream GSC3570 station have?
A 7-inch capacitive TFT LCD touchscreen, at 1024 x 600. It is a true control surface: you see the visitor, open the door and manage alarms without going through a computer.
How many alarm ports does the Grandstream GSC3570 station offer?
Four inputs and one output. The inputs take low-voltage devices — door sensors, contacts, buttons; the output, rated at 125 V AC at 0.5 A or 30 V DC at 2 A, controls a lock or lighting.
How do you connect the Grandstream GSC3570 station to the network?
Via dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi or PoE. PoE delivers power and network over a single cable; Wi-Fi lets you place the station where no cable reaches, provided you bring power to it.
Are communications on the Grandstream GSC3570 station encrypted?
Yes: TLS for signalling and SRTP for voice, with support for 802.1x authentication and IPv6. On a unit that controls door opening, this level of protection is no mere extra.
Does the Grandstream GSC3570 station handle multiple lines?
Yes, four SIP accounts, with call hold, call waiting, call log and auto-answer. It therefore also works as a desk phone, on top of its role as an intercom and control station.
Can the Grandstream GSC3570 station record locally?
Yes, it takes a microSD card of up to 256 GB. It decodes H.264 video up to 720p at 30 frames per second — enough to display the feed from an intercom or a network camera.
Is the audio on the Grandstream GSC3570 station good quality?
It offers two-way HD audio with advanced echo cancellation, complemented by voice activity detection, packet loss concealment and automatic gain control. That is what makes a hands-free conversation intelligible.
Is the Grandstream GSC3570 station new and under warranty?
New, reference GSC3570, in original Grandstream packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested if you make a claim.
