1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

What does this dome camera see at night?
Its two infrared LEDs reach up to 20 metres, for clear, uniform night vision. The image then switches to black and white.
Can this dome camera stay outdoors?
Yes: its IP66 weatherproof design resists dust and rain, for indoor or outdoor installation.
What power supply does this camera need?
12 V DC. A socket or power supply unit must therefore be accessible near the mounting point.
Does this analogue camera connect to a computer network?
No: it is an analogue camera, to be connected to a recorder by coaxial cable, not to a network switch like an IP camera.
Which sensor does this 5 MP dome camera use?
A 1/2.7-inch CMOS, at 5 megapixels. A 1/2.7-inch sensor receives more light than a 1/3-inch one at the same resolution — that is what counts in low light.
Is this Holowits A3A-5R camera new and under warranty?
