1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

What is the resolution of this Holowits camera?
Full HD 1080p, i.e. 2 megapixels, on a 1/3-inch CMOS sensor. It is the reference resolution for analogue installations.
What does this camera see at night?
Its 6-LED infrared system provides visibility up to 20 metres. The image then switches to black and white, which is characteristic of infrared illumination.
Can this camera stay outdoors?
Yes: its IP67 rating guarantees complete resistance to dust and water. It is suitable for professional and residential spaces alike.
Does this analogue camera connect to a computer network?
No: it is an analogue camera, to be connected to a recorder by coaxial cable, not to a network switch like an IP camera. Check the type of your recorder.
Is this camera complicated to install?
It is described as energy-efficient and easy to install. On an existing analogue installation, it replaces an older camera without rewiring.
