1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

What is this SmallRig lens support used for?
To support a heavy lens from below, on 15 mm rails: the weight no longer rests solely on the camera's lens mount, which is not designed for a cinema telephoto lens.
What lens diameter does this support accept?
Up to 150 mm. This is the diameter of the lens barrel, not the filter diameter: measure the widest part before ordering.
Is this support height-adjustable?
Yes, over 53.5 mm of vertical travel. That is what lets you align the lens axis with that of the rails, whatever the height of the camera body.
Does adjusting this support require a tool?
No: a quick-release knob lets you loosen and retighten the support by hand, without a spanner. That is what makes a lens change possible during a shoot.
