1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Why is this SmallRig support Y-shaped?
Because the Y shape spreads the lens's weight over two support points. The result: less stress on the camera's lens mount, which is not designed to carry a cinema telephoto lens.
What lens diameter does this support accept?
Up to 150 mm. Note that this is the diameter of the barrel, not of the filter: measure the widest part of the lens before ordering.
By how much can this support be adjusted in height?
By 1.4 inches, or about 35 mm. This travel is used to align the optical axis with that of the 15 mm rails, whatever the height of the camera body.
Does adjusting this support require a tool?
No: a quick-release knob loosens and retightens the support by hand. That is what makes a lens change possible without taking the rig apart.
Is this SmallRig BSL2680 lens support new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new SmallRig product, barcode 6972070629075, made of sturdy aluminium. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Keep it in case a defect is found.
