1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this Ugreen cable support fast charging?
Yes, Quick Charge 3.0, up to 3 A. The charger and the device must both support it, though: a compatible cable is not enough on its own to speed up charging.
Can you transfer files while charging?
Yes, this cable handles data transfer at the same time as charging. This is useful for syncing a phone from a computer without having to unplug it to charge it afterwards.
What is the built-in strap on this Ugreen cable for?
To keep it coiled in a bag or drawer. It is a hook-and-loop strap attached to the cable: it prevents tangles and, above all, it does not get lost the way a separate tie does.
Can this Ugreen cable withstand heavy use?
It combines a braided nylon jacket with aluminium connector housings. The braiding protects the jacket from repeated twisting, and the aluminium reinforces the point where the cable leaves the connector — the two spots where an ordinary cable gives way first.
