1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Does this Ugreen cable work with an iPhone 15?
Yes. It is listed as compatible with Samsung, iPhone 15, Xiaomi, Pixel and Nintendo Switch devices — all of which have moved to USB-C. On the charger or computer side, the plug is a classic rectangular USB-A.
How long is this Ugreen 60127 cable?
1.5 metres. That is the length that lets you use your phone while it charges from a sofa or a bed, where a one-metre cable keeps you right next to the socket.
Can you charge and sync at the same time?
Yes, data transfer at 480 Mbit/s takes place without interrupting charging. You plug the phone into the computer, and it charges while the files are copied.
What charging current does this cable support?
Up to 3 A. That is the cable's ceiling: the actual speed then depends on the charger and on what the device accepts. A cable never speeds up charging all by itself.
Is the Ugreen 60127 cable new and under warranty?
New, reference 60127, USB-A 2.0 to USB-C. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
