1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Why is the connector on this Ugreen cable angled?
So that it runs along the device instead of sticking out. That makes all the difference with a controller in your hands, or when a tablet sits on a stand: a straight connector acts as a lever and eventually gets damaged.
What is the E-Mark chip in this cable for?
To tell the charger what the cable can handle — here 20 V and 5 A. Without this chip, a cautious charger limits the power: it is the chip that allows 100 W charging safely.
How quickly does this cable charge a MacBook Pro?
Up to 79% battery in one hour on a MacBook Pro, according to the published figure. This result assumes a charger able to deliver the full 100 W: the cable alone does not determine the charging speed.
Does this 100 W cable transfer data quickly?
No: 480 Mbit/s, i.e. USB 2.0. Charging power and data rate are two independent characteristics — a cable can deliver 100 W and still be slow for transfers.
Which devices can this angled Ugreen cable power?
USB-C smartphones, tablets and laptops. Its 100 W covers charging a phone just as well as charging a laptop, which a cable limited to 60 W cannot always do.
