Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Device photographed : the phone, tablet or vehicle visible in the image are there to illustrate use: they are not included.
  • Compatibility : the model stated in the title and the specifications is what counts, never the device visible in the photo.
  • Specifications : cable length, charging power, capacity in mAh and connector type vary within a single photographed range.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which phones does the Ugreen Gravity holder accept?
Smartphones from 4.7 to 6.5 inches. Measure the width of your device, case included: that is what determines the grip, not the diagonal quoted by the manufacturer.
How does the Ugreen Gravity holder attach?
With a suction cup, described as powerful. It goes on a windscreen, a smooth dashboard or a desk — three surfaces on which a permanent adhesive would not be an option.
Can the angle of the Ugreen Gravity holder be adjusted?
Yes: 240° rotating pivot and adjustable telescopic arm. Two adjustments that let you bring the phone closer and angle it to suit your driving position or the height of the screen.
Does the Ugreen Gravity holder scratch the phone?
No: its contact points are made of silicone, which protects the device against scratches while providing excellent grip. It is this finish that keeps a car holder from marking the sides of the phone.
Is the Ugreen Gravity phone holder new and under warranty?
New, reference 60990B, in original Ugreen packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
