This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Can memory be added to this MSI Cyborg 15 B13WFKG-831MA?
Yes, without removing anything. The 16 GB is fitted on a single module, in a chassis that has two slots and accepts up to 96 GB of DDR5-5200. A second module can therefore be added alongside the existing one, enabling dual-channel mode.
Can the SSD in this MSI Cyborg 15 B13WFKG-831MA be replaced?
MSI requires you to go through a service centre for any change to the drive, and the chassis has only one M.2 slot, occupied by the 512 GB NVMe PCIe Gen4 SSD. Plan on an external drive rather than an internal upgrade.
How good is the RTX 5060 in this MSI Cyborg 15 B13WFKG?
