Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Hard drive : NVR and DVR recorders ship without a hard drive, unless explicitly stated.
  • Kits : an image showing several cameras, a recorder and a monitor commits nothing about the contents of the box — see the title and the specifications.
  • Accessories : mounts, power supplies, cables, PoE injectors and memory cards are supplied only if the specifications say so.
  • Specifications : resolution, lens, infrared range and power mode vary between models of a single series.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What does this UNV camera see in complete darkness?
It switches to black and white and remains usable at 0 lux thanks to its infrared illumination. An infrared filter with automatic switching handles the transition from day to night on its own.
What field of view does this camera's 2.8 mm lens cover?
It is a wide angle: at 2.8 mm with an F1.6 aperture, it covers an entire room or courtyard from a single mounting point.
Can this IPC2124LB-ADF28KM-H camera stay outdoors?
Yes: a housing certified IP67 to the IEC 60529 standard, made of graphene and metal, weighing 400 g. It can be installed outdoors without a protective enclosure.
What difference does the 120 dB WDR dynamic range make?
It preserves detail in a high-contrast scene — a backlit gate, an entrance facing the sun. Without WDR, the subject is reduced to a black silhouette.
Where does this camera record video?
On a microSD card up to 256 GB or on a network NAS. The ANR function automatically recovers missing footage after a network outage.
How many frames per second does this 4 MP camera deliver?
25 frames per second at 4 MP. It relies on a 1/3-inch CMOS sensor and compresses in Ultra 265, H.265, H.264 or MJPEG.
Does this camera capture sound?
Yes, via a built-in microphone. The audio accompanies the image and provides context that video alone does not give.
Is this UNV IPC2124LB-ADF28KM-H camera new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new Uniview product, reference IPC2124LB-ADF28KM-H, designed to integrate into an existing UNV video surveillance installation. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year.
