Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Hard drive : NVR and DVR recorders ship without a hard drive, unless explicitly stated.
  • Kits : an image showing several cameras, a recorder and a monitor commits nothing about the contents of the box — see the title and the specifications.
  • Accessories : mounts, power supplies, cables, PoE injectors and memory cards are supplied only if the specifications say so.
  • Specifications : resolution, lens, infrared range and power mode vary between models of a single series.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can this UNV IPC2324LB-ADZK-H camera stay outdoors?
Yes: its housing is certified IP67 to the IEC 60529 standard, made of graphene and metal, weighing 510 g. It is designed for outdoor surveillance of premises.
What does this camera see in complete darkness?
It remains usable at 0 lux thanks to infrared, and goes down to 0.003 lux in colour (at F1.6, with automatic gain enabled). An infrared filter with automatic switching switches between day and night on its own.
What difference does the 120 dB WDR dynamic range make?
It makes it possible to preserve detail in a high-contrast scene — a backlit gate, a garage entrance facing the sun. Without WDR, the subject becomes a black silhouette. The signal-to-noise ratio exceeds 52 dB.
Where does this camera record video?
On a microSD card up to 256 GB placed in the camera, or on a network NAS (NFS). The ANR function automatically recovers missing footage after a network outage.
Does this camera capture sound?
Yes, via a built-in microphone, with G.711 compression. The specification table lists no speaker: it listens, but does not let you talk remotely.
How many frames per second does this 4 MP camera deliver?
25 frames per second at 4 MP (2688 × 1520). By dropping to 3 MP or 1080p, it goes up to 30 frames per second — a setting worth knowing if smoothness takes priority over resolution.
Which compression formats does this camera use?
Ultra 265, H.265, H.264 and MJPEG. Ultra 265 is Uniview's in-house compression: at comparable quality, it reduces network bandwidth and the space used on storage.
Does this UNV camera connect via Wi-Fi?
The specification table lists no Wi-Fi: it is a wired IP camera, to be connected to the network by Ethernet cable. So plan the cable run to the installation point.
Is this UNV IPC2324LB-ADZK-H camera new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new Uniview product, reference IPC2324LB-ADZK-H, with a progressive-scan 1/3-inch 4-megapixel CMOS sensor. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year.
