1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this Uniarch camera follow an intruder on its own?
Yes: it provides automatic tracking of the detected subject. The motorised head follows the person as they move instead of losing them as soon as they leave the frame.
How far can this camera rotate?
0 to 345° pan and 0 to 90° tilt, controlled remotely, with 20 preset positions. A single camera can thus cover an entire courtyard.
Can this Uho-P1A-M3F4D camera stay outdoors?
Yes: its housing is certified IP66, designed for outdoor use — rain and dust. It is powered by 12 V DC, at 10 W maximum: a power outlet must therefore be accessible near the mounting point.
What does this camera see at night?
It has dual illumination: infrared up to 30 metres for discreet black-and-white surveillance, or white light up to 10 metres for a colour image. The Smart IR function prevents overexposure of nearby subjects.
What is the resolution of this 3 MP Uniarch camera?
3 MP, i.e. 2304 × 1296 pixels at 20 frames per second, on a 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor, with a 4 mm F1.6 lens and a field of view of 90.5°.
Can this camera tell a person from a simple movement?
Yes: it detects the human body, in addition to motion and sound. This distinction is what saves you from being alerted by a moving branch or a passing cat.
Can I talk through this camera?
Yes: it offers two-way audio, with a built-in microphone and speaker. You can hear what is happening outside and reply from the app.
Does this camera work only over Wi-Fi?
No: it also has a 10/100 RJ45 port, in addition to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. A cable remains the most reliable solution when the camera is far from the router.
Where does this camera record video?
On a microSD card of up to 512 GB, housed in the camera. The card is not included: plan to get one with the device.
Is this Uniarch Uho-P1A-M3F4D camera new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new Uniarch product, reference Uho-P1A-M3F4D, a motorised outdoor Wi-Fi camera that can be controlled from a smartphone. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year.
