1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Why does this Uniarch camera have two lenses?
Because it combines two cameras on a single IP address: a fixed panoramic lens for the overall view, a motorised lens to follow the detail. Both images are available at the same time.
What field of view does this Uho-P2S-M33F34 camera cover?
113.4° panoramic for the fixed lens and 91.5° for the detail lens. The motorised head also sweeps -150° to 150° and 0° to 350°, with 20 presets.
Can this dual-lens camera stay outdoors?
Yes: its housing is certified IP66 for outdoor use, with 4 kV surge protection — useful where storms threaten the line. It is powered by 12 V DC, at 10.1 W maximum.
What does this camera see at night?
It has dual illumination: infrared up to 30 metres for discreet surveillance, or white light up to 10 metres for a full-colour image.
Can this camera tell a person from a vehicle?
Yes: it detects people and vehicles separately, in addition to motion and tampering attempts. This sorting is what makes the alerts usable.
Can I talk through this camera?
Yes: it offers two-way audio, with a built-in microphone and speaker. You can hear what is happening outside and reply from the app.
Where does this camera record video?
On a microSD card of up to 512 GB, housed in the camera. The card is not included: plan to get one with the device, especially as there are two video streams to store.
What is the resolution of this dual-lens Uniarch camera?
3 MP per lens, i.e. 3 MP + 3 MP, on two 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensors. Each stream is therefore in high definition, not just one of the two.
