1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

How much processor power can this CPU cooler handle?
Up to 240 W TDP. This is the figure to compare with your processor's stated power: beyond that, you will need to move to liquid cooling.
Will this CPU cooler fit in my case?
It is a 152 mm tall tower. Compare this height with the CPU cooler clearance stated for your case — that is the measurement that decides, even before socket compatibility.
Do you need to buy thermal paste with this CPU cooler?
No: the thermal paste is pre-applied to the base, and the Intel and AMD mounting kits are included. Nothing else to order to install it.
What is the direct heatpipe contact on this CPU cooler?
The four 6 mm heatpipes touch the processor's heat spreader directly, with no intermediate plate. The heat's path is shortened by one step.
Why 50 tightly packed fins on this heatsink?
To increase the heat-exchange surface without making the tower bigger. MSI specifies that they offer low air resistance: the fins are tightly packed, but the fan still pushes air through them.
Is this MSI MAG COREFROZR AA13 White CPU cooler new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new MSI product, the white version of the four-heatpipe CPU cooler with a 120 mm ARGB fan. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year.
