1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Which sockets does the MSI MAG CORELIQUID A15 240 support?
On the Intel side, LGA 1851 and 1700; on the AMD side, AM5 and AM4. Check your motherboard's socket before ordering: it is the only deal-breaker.
What is the adjustable offset kit on this liquid cooler for?
To align the block precisely on the processor: it offers two positions. On recent processors, the hottest area is not in the centre of the heat spreader — offsetting the block improves contact where it matters.
What does the micro-channel base on this liquid cooler bring?
0.1 mm channels etched into a copper base: the surface in contact with the liquid increases sharply, for the same footprint. This is what makes the difference on a compact 240 mm radiator.
How fast does the pump on this CORELIQUID A15 240 spin?
Up to 3,400 rpm. The faster the pump circulates the liquid, the faster heat leaves the processor and reaches the radiator.
What radiator size do you need to allow for in the case?
A 240 mm mount, for two 120 mm ARGB PWM fans. This format fits in most mid-tower cases, whereas a 360 mm needs a large chassis.
