1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers accept the HP 925e cyan (4K0W0PE) cartridge?
The HP OfficeJet Pro 8120e and 8130e range, as well as the 8123, 8125, 8134, 8135, 8138 and 8139 models. The cyan cartridge currently installed should carry the reference 4K0W0PE or 925e.
What does the “e” in HP 925e EvoMore mean?
It denotes the EvoMore range: cartridges designed to print twice as many pages as a standard HP cartridge for the same printer, with a reduced carbon footprint for the same print volume.
How many pages does the HP 925e cyan cartridge print?
800 pages, from an ink volume of 9.5 ml. The yield is measured according to the ISO/IEC 24711 standard, the one for inkjet cartridges, in continuous printing on an OfficeJet Pro 8120.
What is the claimed carbon footprint reduction based on?
On a life cycle assessment compliant with the ISO 14040 and 14044 standards, verified by a third party, which compares EvoMore cartridges with equivalent standard cartridges normalised to 1,000 printed pages. So it is not a per-cartridge comparison, but a per-page one.
Is this cartridge certified carbon neutral?
Yes: it is stated to be CarbonNeutral® certified, in accordance with the 2023 edition of the CarbonNeutral Protocol. The certification is based on third-party-verified life cycle assessments.
What happens to the HP 925e cartridge once it is empty?
It can be returned free of charge through the HP recycling programme, at collection points: HP recycles them to make new cartridges across its entire ink range.
Is the cartridge packaging recyclable?
Yes. The cardboard is made from fibres from recycled sources, with at least 90% recycled fibre by weight, and can go in the ordinary paper or cardboard bin.
What is the HP EvoMore Community?
A reforestation programme: by buying and then registering an EvoMore cartridge, you join a community for which HP, together with the Arbor Day Foundation, plants trees. Registration is the condition; purchase alone is not enough.
What are the dimensions of an HP 925e cartridge?
114.8 × 23.9 × 100.1 mm. It is an office cartridge format that fits in a drawer: nothing like the bulk of a laser consumable.
What type of business is this range aimed at?
At eco-conscious businesses that print large volumes: that is the stated positioning of the EvoMore range, which combines doubled yield with a documented environmental approach.
Eight hundred pages: how long does that last?
A little over one and a half reams of 500 sheets. For a workstation that prints around a hundred colour pages a month, one cyan cartridge lasts eight months; at three hundred pages, less than three months.
Can the 4K0W0PE print all colours?
No, it only supplies cyan. Black, magenta and yellow are separate references on the OfficeJet Pro 8120e and 8130e: check all four levels before ordering.
Is this HP 925e cartridge new and under warranty?
