3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 251dw and 276dw, the 8100, the 8600 and 8600 Plus, the 8610, 8615, 8616, 8620 and 8640. The cyan cartridge currently installed should carry the reference CN050AE or 951.
How many pages does the HP 951 cyan cartridge print?
Approximately 700 pages, from an ink volume of 8.5 ml. In an office that prints colour in moderation, one cartridge easily lasts several months.
How is the yield of an ink cartridge measured?
According to the ISO/IEC 24711 standard, the one for inkjet cartridges — different from the standards used for laser. The test is carried out in continuous printing on a reference machine: your real documents make the result vary.
Does the HP 951 ink resist smears and water?
Yes. It is a pigment ink: documents and marketing materials resist smears, water and fading over time. That is what sets this range apart from an ink intended for photos.
Do all four cartridges have to be changed at the same time?
No. The cartridges in this range are individually replaceable: you only change the colour that has run out, without throwing away the ink still available in the others.
Is there a high-capacity version of the HP 951?
Yes, the range offers optional high-capacity cartridges: HP presents them as a way to buy cartridges less often, and so to space out interventions on a workstation that prints a lot.
