A colour multifunction copier that prints, copies, scans and sends up to A3 size, at 26 pages per minute in A4. The base configuration already includes the 100-sheet duplex document feeder and two 550-sheet cassettes.

From small formats to SRA3 posters
The two cassettes share the work: the upper one takes A4 and smaller formats down to A6, the lower one goes up to A3 and B4, on paper from 52 to 256 g/m². The 100-sheet multi-purpose tray goes further: SRA3, envelopes, labels, tracing paper and card up to 300 g/m². Automatic duplex printing handles up to 220 g/m², enough to print a brochure on heavy paper without turning the sheets by hand.
Stacks of documents go out on their own
The duplex feeder takes 100 sheets, up to A3, and scans at 70 images per minute single-sided for sending at 300 dpi, 35 double-sided. Files go to an e-mail address, an SMB shared folder, an FTP or WebDAV server, a USB drive or the cloud with uniFLOW Online Express, which needs to be activated. Formats include compact, searchable or encrypted PDF, XPS, and even an editable Word or PowerPoint file.
It grows with the department
Anything beyond the base configuration is added as an option. The Cassette Feeding Unit-AW1 slides two 550-sheet drawers under the machine and raises the paper supply to 2,300 sheets. The Inner Finisher-L1 staples up to 50 sheets in the corner or double, staples small sets of up to 10 sheets without staples and accepts a 2- or 4-hole punch. Faxing requires the Super G3 FAX Board-BN1, PostScript 3 the PS Printer Kit-CS1.

At every start-up, the C3326i verifies the integrity of its firmware to the NIST SP800-193 standard and recovers automatically if something is wrong; while running, McAfee Embedded Control monitors the system to block attacks. Sensitive documents are held until the user identifies themselves, scanned PDFs can be encrypted or signed, and the network relies on TLS 1.3, IPSec and WPA3.
One toner per colour, built to last
The C3326i runs on four C-EXV 65 toners: 17,500 pages for black, 11,000 for cyan, magenta and yellow, at 5% coverage. An empty colour is replaced on its own, without touching the other three.
Measure the location before installation: Canon specifies an installation area of 1,168 x 1,116 mm on the floor, and the machine weighs about 74.7 kg with its toners.

Is the document feeder included?
Yes: the standard configuration includes the duplex document feeder with 100 sheets, which accepts originals up to A3. The Platen Cover-Y3, a simple cover, is only an optional alternative.
Does the C3326i send faxes?
Not as standard: faxing requires the optional Super G3 FAX Board-BN1. Without it, it sends scanned documents by e-mail, Internet fax, SMB network folder, FTP or WebDAV.
Which toners does it use and how many pages do they yield?
C-EXV 65 toners: about 17,500 pages in black and 11,000 pages per colour, at 5% coverage. There is one toner per colour: black, cyan, magenta and yellow.
Can it staple and punch?
Yes, with options: the Inner Finisher-L1 staples up to 50 sheets in the corner or double, with staple-free stapling and staple on demand, and accepts a 2- or 4-hole puncher.
