An A4 colour laser multifunction printer that prints, copies and scans: 33 pages per minute in black and in colour, a single-pass double-sided feeder and a 5-inch touchscreen, in a format designed for small spaces.

Four toners loaded from the front
Black, cyan, magenta and yellow are replaced from the front panel. Cartridge 069 gives 2,100 pages in black and 1,900 per colour; the 069H goes up to 7,600 pages in black and 5,500 per colour. Out of the box, the starter cartridges give 2,100 pages in black but 1,100 per colour: the colours are the ones to buy first.

The 50-sheet feeder scans both sides of a page without turning it over: 100 images per minute in black and 80 in colour, at 300 x 300 dpi. It accepts originals from 48 x 85 mm, cheques and receipts included, up to Legal. Files are sent to an e-mail address, a PC, a network folder over SMB or FTP, a USB flash drive or the cloud, as searchable PDF, PDF/A-1b, JPEG or TIFF.

The 250-sheet cassette and the 50-sheet multi-purpose tray take plain, coated and pre-punched paper, labels and envelopes. Coated paper goes up to 200 g/m², useful for a brochure or a card printed in colour. The optional PF-K1 feeder raises input capacity to 850 sheets.
Guided set-up, suggested security
Master Setup downloads and installs the software on the computer, and a QR code shown on the screen opens the right page of the online manual. The Security Settings Navigator recommends protection settings, while encrypted secure print keeps a document on hold until its code is entered. The Application Library prints forms from the screen and creates shortcuts to frequent tasks.

The MF752Cdw II does not send faxes. The Canon i-SENSYS MF754Cdw II uses the same 33-page-per-minute engine and adds fax and PostScript.

What is the difference between the MF752Cdw II and the MF754Cdw II?
Same 33 ppm engine and same feeder, but the MF752Cdw II has no fax and no PostScript: it prints, copies and scans. The MF754Cdw II adds faxing and PostScript 3.
Which cartridges does it use?
Four Cartridge 069: black 2,100 pages, cyan, magenta and yellow 1,900 pages. With 069H, black rises to 7,600 pages and each colour to 5,500 pages, according to ISO/IEC 19798.
Which toners are supplied with the printer?
Four starter cartridges: 2,100 pages in black and 1,100 pages for each colour (cyan, magenta, yellow). The starter black equals a standard Cartridge 069; the colours run out sooner, so plan a set of colour 069 or 069H.
Does the scanner read both sides at once?
Yes: the 50-sheet feeder scans front and back in a single pass, up to 100 images per minute in black and 80 in colour at 300 x 300 dpi. The maximum scan width is 216 mm.
How many pages per month does Canon recommend?
