This product is covered for 1 month by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

The genuine pair of ear cushions that Jabra pairs with the Evolve2 65 Flex headset: one left, one right, in black like the headset. When the original cushions are worn, you replace them and keep your headset.

The right cushion for the right Evolve2

Jabra does not offer the same ear cushions for every Evolve2. Part number 14101-89 is the one for the Evolve2 65 Flex, such as the Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex with wireless charging. For an Evolve2 40 or a standard Evolve2 65, you need the Jabra 14101-77 ear cushions.

Each cushion carries its letter in the centre, L for left and R for right: check it before fitting so you do not swap the sides.

What are the delivery times and fees?
Delivery all over Morocco within 1 to 5 working days, at the same rate in every city for parcels up to 30 kg — and free delivery from 3 000 dh of purchases. Above 30 kg, the rate follows the weight and is shown on the product page and in the basket. You are notified by SMS, then called by the courier.
Is the product new and under warranty?
