The link between your headset
and your Yealink phone.

An Axtel headset with a QD plug does not connect to a phone on its own: it needs the cord that matches the phone. The AXC-03 is the one for compatible Yealink IP phones, with an Axtel QD plug on one end and an RJ9 plug on the other.

A cord that follows your movements

The coiled section gives a length of 0.5 m at rest and up to 2 m when stretched: you can push your chair back or grab a file without pulling on the phone, then the cord retracts. The Axtel compatibility matrix pairs it with more than fifty Yealink phones, from the SIP-T21P and T31 to the T46U, T54W, T57W, T58 and VP59, as well as the Panasonic KX-HDV130 to KX-HDV430, the Cisco IP 7811 and the Htek UC804, UC840P and UC842.

The AXC-03 is designed for Axtel headsets. It pairs for example with the Axtel M2 duo NC headset. A Jabra or Poly headset with a QD plug needs an adapter.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the AXC-03 cord work with my Yealink phone?
Yes for more than fifty Yealink IP phones: SIP-T21P, T23G, T27G, T31, T33G, T42S, T46U, T48U, T54W, T57W, T58 and VP59 among others. It also fits the Panasonic KX-HDV130 to KX-HDV430, the Cisco IP 7811 and the Htek UC804, UC840P and UC842. A phone missing from this list needs another Axtel cord, chosen according to the exact phone model.
Is the AXC-03 cord suitable for the Axtel M2 duo NC headset?
Yes: the M2 duo NC ends in an Axtel QD plug, the one that the headset end of the AXC-03 cord accepts. At the other end, the cord provides the RJ9 plug expected by the headset port of compatible Yealink, Panasonic KX-HDV, Cisco IP 7811 and Htek phones. Headset and cord then form a complete link between the user and the phone, with no extra adapter.
Can I use this cord with a Jabra or Poly headset?
No, not directly: its QD plug is the one used by Axtel headsets. The QD connectors of Jabra (GN) and of Plantronics or Poly are different, which is why Axtel sells two separate adapters, one for GN Jabra headsets and one for Plantronics headsets. Without that adapter, a headset from another brand does not lock onto this cord.
Can the AXC-03 cord connect a headset to a computer?
No: its RJ9 plug is made for the headset port of a desk phone, not for a computer. For a softphone on a PC, Axtel offers other QD cords, to USB (A30 UC and A80 UC models) or to two 3.5 mm jacks (coiled PC cord). The same QD headset then moves from the phone to the computer by changing only the cord.
How long is the AXC-03 cord?
It runs from 0.5 m at rest to 2 m when stretched. The coiled section extends when the user pushes the chair back or stands up to grab a document, then retracts on its own, leaving no cable trailing across the desk. On the phone side, a straight section carries the RJ9 plug and an Axtel-branded ring, so the cord can be recognised at a glance.
