Two earpieces,
a clear voice on the line.

The M2 duo NC is the corded headset Axtel designs for desks that spend the day on the phone: reception, switchboard, call centre. A noise-cancelling boom microphone, wideband sound, and a QD plug that makes it compatible with the desk phone as well as the computer.

Office noise stays on your side

The microphone, at the end of a flexible and reinforced boom, is a noise-cancelling type: it favours the user's voice and filters out the background noise of the open space. The caller is the one who benefits, not the operator's ear: the headset has no active noise cancellation in the earpieces. Axtel positions it for low-noise environments, where this microphone is enough to keep calls clean.

Ears spared all day long

Sound is wideband: the caller's voice gains presence and is understood with less effort than in standard telephone quality. Acoustic Protection technology blocks harmful sounds above 118 dB(A) before they reach the ear. The ultralight build, the movable earpieces that follow the shape of the ears and the soft ear cushions limit pressure over long hours.

One headset, several devices

The M2 duo NC does not plug in directly: it ends in a QD (Quick Disconnect) plug, and the cord placed between the headset and the device is what adapts to the phone. Desk phone, softphone on a computer or smartphone: you change the cord, not the headset.

Plan for the cord that matches your phone. For compatible Yealink IP phones, SIP-T46U, T54W or T57W for example, it is the Axtel AXC-03 QD to RJ9 cord.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the M2 duo NC plug straight into my phone?
No: it ends in a QD (Quick Disconnect) plug. Between the headset and the phone goes the Axtel cord that matches the phone model, for example the AXC-03 cord for compatible Yealink IP phones. The same headset can therefore move from a desk phone to a softphone or a smartphone by changing only the cord.
Does the M2 duo NC reduce noise in the earpieces?
No, it has no active noise cancellation in the earpieces: it is the microphone that cancels noise. It picks up the voice while filtering out office noise, so the caller hears the user without the surrounding hubbub. Axtel designs it for office desks in a low-noise environment.
What does the Acoustic Protection technology of the M2 duo NC do?
It protects hearing: harmful sounds above 118 dB(A) are blocked before they reach the ears. It is a useful safeguard for people who spend their day on the phone, at the switchboard or in a call centre.
Is the M2 duo NC comfortable over a long day?
