This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you stay connected to your PC and your phone at the same time?
Yes, that is the whole point of Bluetooth 5.3 multipoint: the headset remembers up to 6 devices and stays connected to 2 simultaneously. You follow a video call on the computer and take the call coming in on your smartphone, without re-pairing anything. Switching happens without going back through each device's Bluetooth menus.
How far can you move away from your desk without dropping the call?
Up to 30 metres from the connected device. Enough to fetch a document from the other side of the office floor, or move from one room to another at home, while keeping the meeting in your ears.
Can the Zone 300 last a full day of meetings?
Yes: 16 hours of talk time and up to 20 hours of listening time on a full charge. And if it runs flat between two appointments, 5 minutes of charging gives you 1 hour of talk time.
Does the noise cancellation act on what I hear or on what the people I am talking to hear?
On your voice: the two noise-cancelling microphones on the extended boom rely on a dedicated algorithm that removes background noise. The people you are talking to hear you clearly, even in an open-plan office or a busy home.
Can it be worn comfortably for several hours in a row?
It weighs just 122 g, with a padded headband and soft ear cups designed for all-day use. This is the central selling point of the Zone 300: staying in place throughout the working day without you noticing it.
Can you adjust the headset's equaliser or microphone level?
Yes, through the Logi Tune app, available on computer and mobile alike: adjustment of the tone, microphone level and equaliser. It also keeps the headset up to date and lets you join a meeting in one click.
Is it compatible with the video conferencing apps I use?
It works with most video calling apps, on most platforms and operating systems, over Bluetooth. The Logi Tune app remains optional, reserved for fine-tuning.
Can you also listen to music with it, or is it only for calls?
Both. The 30 mm speakers with enhanced dynamic drivers serve for calls and listening alike, with 20 hours of listening time and an equaliser adjustable in Logi Tune.
In what way is this headset a more responsible choice?
Its plastic parts contain at least 42% certified post-consumer recycled plastic, and up to 55% on the black colourway. The paper packaging comes from FSC-certified forests, and the product's declared carbon footprint is 8.5 kg of CO₂ equivalent.
