1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you need to pair the Voyager 4320 with the computer before using it?
No. The supplied BT700 dongle comes pre-paired: you plug it into a USB-A port and the headset is recognised. Your smartphone, meanwhile, connects directly over Bluetooth 5.1, without going through the dongle.
How long does the Voyager 4320 last on calls?
Up to 24 hours of talk time, on a built-in lithium-ion battery: enough to cover several days of calls between charges. It is indeed talk time that is quoted, not mere standby time.
What happens if the battery runs flat in the middle of a day of calls?
The headset switches to wired USB mode with its 1.5 m cable: the conversation continues over the USB connection instead of the wireless link. Poly also offers a desktop charging stand to extend talk time.
How far can you move away from your workstation with the Voyager 4320?
Up to 50 m of wireless range: you stay on the call while fetching a file, going to the printer or joining a colleague at the other end of the office floor. This is the main practical difference from a wired headset.
What is the Voyager 4320's Acoustic Fence technology?
It is the processing that reduces unwanted noise around the microphone. Combined with the four microphones in the adjustable boom, it focuses sound pickup on your voice and leaves out the bustle of the office floor: the person you are talking to hears a conversation, not an open-plan office.
Do the ear cups rest on the ear or surround it?
They surround it: the Voyager 4320 is over-ear, its cushions enclose the ear instead of pressing on it. This shape provides more isolation from ambient noise and distributes pressure better over long days, for 162 g on your head.
Can you use the Voyager 4320 with your phone as well as your PC?
Yes. The headset connects to your smartphone directly over Bluetooth, with the hands-free and A2DP profiles: it therefore handles calls and stereo music equally well. On the computer, the connection goes through the BT700 dongle plugged into USB-A.
Is this Voyager 4320 model designed for Microsoft Teams?
Yes, this is the Microsoft Teams certified version of the Voyager 4320, stated as compatible with Windows 10 and macOS. The BT700 dongle is included with this model: there is nothing else to buy to equip the computer.
Is this POLY Voyager 4320 new and under warranty?
Yes, new and sealed in its Poly packaging, BT700 dongle included. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year. The lithium-ion battery is built into the headset and recharges via the USB port, with no batteries to replace.
