Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Staging : microphone stand, boom arm, pop filter, mounts and ambient speakers photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Quantity : the number of speakers or channels visible in the image does not necessarily match the set sold.
  • Cables and tips : the cables, adapters, ear tips and cases supplied are those listed in the specifications.
  • Specifications : Bluetooth, jack socket, USB, noise cancellation and battery life cannot be read from a photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 month warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 month manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 month by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you need to change your phone to use this Jabra cord?
No: it is fitted without replacing the existing phone and supports almost all traditional telephone systems. That is the point of a so-called universal cord.
Does this cord adapt to the user's voice?
Its call settings are adjustable to preserve voice clarity. That is what sets a so-called smart cord apart from a simple connection cable.
What is this Jabra GN1200CC cord intended for?
For call centres and offices: it connects a headset to a desk phone already in place, without changing the telephone installation.
Is this Jabra GN1200CC cord new, and how long is it under warranty?
Yes, it is a new Jabra product, reference 88011-99, barcode 5706991004151. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 month — a short period, worth knowing before you buy.
Is this cord suitable for an older telephone switchboard?
That is precisely what Jabra claims: compatibility with almost all traditional telephone systems. However, check the model of your phone before ordering.
