Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this headset really charge wirelessly?
Yes, it supports induction charging as well as wired charging: set it down on a compatible charger and it tops up without anything being plugged in. A full charge takes 120 minutes.
What is this headset's real battery life with ANC on?
15 h of talk time with ANC and the busylight on, and 21 h of music with ANC — compared with 20 h and 32 h without it. Go by the lower figures: they reflect how a workstation is really used.
What does the Microsoft Teams button on this headset do?
It lets you join a meeting at the press of a button, without hunting for the window on screen. The headset is certified for Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom.
Can you hear what is going on around you without taking the headset off?
Yes, thanks to HearThrough mode, which lets outside sounds in on demand. Conversely, hybrid active noise cancellation closes the bubble again when you need to concentrate.
How do you mute the microphone on the Evolve2 65 Flex?
By flipping up the mic boom, which features ClearVoice technology so that only your voice is transmitted. People around you can see the gesture, which is better than a discreet button.
Why is this headset called “Flex”?
Because its headband folds flat: it takes up noticeably less room in a bag, and a storage pouch is included. It weighs 136 g.
How does the headset connect to the computer and the mobile phone?
Through the supplied Jabra Link 380 Bluetooth adapter, already paired, and over direct Bluetooth on the smartphone side: two devices stay connected at the same time, up to 30 m away.
Can the busylight be seen from behind?
Yes, it is visible through 360°: colleagues can tell from a distance, even from behind, that you are on a call.
Is this headset also suitable for listening to music?
Its 28 mm speakers handle listening as well as calls, and the headset is rated for up to 32 hours of music without active noise cancellation. Air Comfort technology keeps it comfortable over long sessions.
Is this Evolve2 65 Flex new and under warranty?
Yes, new and sealed in its Jabra packaging, with the Link 380 adapter and pouch included. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year.
