Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Design and revisions : one component is produced by several partner manufacturers: cooler, backplate, RGB lighting and printing change with the version delivered.
  • Quantity : an image showing two memory modules or several fans does not mean the set is sold that way — check the packaging in the specifications.
  • Cooling : a processor may be sold without a cooler, and not all the fans visible inside a case are supplied.
  • Accessories : cables, adapters, screws, brackets and software licences are supplied only if the specifications say so.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Description

Connect · Lumina Ultra

A windowed case,
already cooled and lit.

The Lumina Ultra arrives with its four 120 mm fans in place: you install the components, close it up, and the build breathes and lights up from the first start.

  • 4× 120 mmsupplied fans
  • 3formatsATX, Micro-ATX, Mini-ITX

A showcase for the graphics card

The tempered glass side panel shows the graphics card, the memory and the processor cooling, with the lighting of the supplied fans as a backdrop. The steel chassis keeps everything rigid during assembly.

Connect Lumina Ultra case seen from three quarters, glass panels and lit fansThe supplied fans, lit, behind the tempered glass.

The motherboard format stays open

ATX, Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX: you choose the motherboard for the processor and the budget, not for the case. At 340 x 275 x 415 mm, the Lumina Ultra sits on the desk as well as under it.

Measure the planned space before ordering, keeping a few centimetres free around the case so the air can circulate.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which motherboards does the Connect Lumina Ultra accept?
The Lumina Ultra takes an ATX motherboard (the large format, richest in ports and slots), a Micro-ATX or a Mini-ITX. You choose the board for your processor and budget, without the case imposing a format, and keep the option of moving to a larger board when you upgrade.
How many fans are supplied?
The case comes with four 120 mm fans already installed, and lit: airflow and lighting are in place from the build, with no fan pack to add.
What are its dimensions?
The Lumina Ultra measures 340 x 275 x 415 mm. Before ordering, check the space available under or on the desk, keeping a few centimetres around it for airflow.
Can you see the components through the case?
Yes: the side panel is tempered glass. The graphics card, memory and cooling stay visible, and the lighting of the four supplied fans shows through the glass: that is what makes it a base for a good-looking gaming PC.
What is the Lumina Ultra made of?
The chassis is steel, combined with tempered glass for the window. Steel keeps the structure rigid during assembly and transport; tempered glass resists scratches better than an acrylic plastic panel and cleans with a soft cloth.
