Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Design and revisions : one component is produced by several partner manufacturers: cooler, backplate, RGB lighting and printing change with the version delivered.
  • Quantity : an image showing two memory modules or several fans does not mean the set is sold that way — check the packaging in the specifications.
  • Cooling : a processor may be sold without a cooler, and not all the fans visible inside a case are supplied.
  • Accessories : cables, adapters, screws, brackets and software licences are supplied only if the specifications say so.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the power supply really included with the Air Prism?
Yes: the case is sold with a 550 W power supply. There is no separate unit to buy to start a build; just check that the consumption of your processor and graphics card stays within those 550 W, margin included.
How many fans are installed?
The Air Prism arrives with four 120 mm fans already fitted, with lighting. Airflow is in place from the first start-up, which saves buying a fan pack on top of the case and power supply for a sensible gaming build.
Which motherboards does the Air Prism accept?
It takes an ATX, Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX motherboard. The case therefore does not limit the choice of platform: the board is chosen by processor, ports and budget, and a fuller ATX board remains possible when upgrading.
What are its dimensions?
The Air Prism measures 330 x 200 x 450 mm, a compact size for a mid-tower. Measure the intended space before ordering and leave a few centimetres around the case so that hot air escapes and cables can run at the back.
What materials is the Air Prism made of?
The case combines ABS, metal, aluminium and a tempered glass side panel. The window shows the components and fan lighting; tempered glass resists scratches better than a plastic panel.
