3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Which printers take the Lexmark 808C cyan toner (80C80C0)?
The Lexmark CX310 (CX310n, CX310dn), CX410 (CX410e, CX410de, CX410dte) and CX510 (CX510de, CX510dhe, CX510dthe). The reference to look for on the cyan cartridge currently installed is 80C80C0.
How many pages does the 808C cyan cartridge print?
About 1,000 pages, or two reams of 500 sheets. That is a small-office yield: for a department that prints two hundred colour pages a month, one cartridge lasts a little under six months.
Is this a genuine Lexmark supply?
Yes, reference 80C80C0, barcode 734646476362. These two identifiers are the safest check before ordering, as the references in the CX ranges look very much alike from one colour to another.
Does installing the cyan cartridge require a technician?
No. The replacement is designed to be done by the user, without tools: the cartridge is removed and replaced directly, and printing resumes straight away.
Can the 80C80C0 print all colours?
No, it only supplies cyan. Black, magenta and yellow are separate references on the CX310, CX410 and CX510: check all four levels before ordering, to avoid two stoppages in quick succession.
Can the Lexmark cyan toner be stored for several months?
Yes. It is a dry powder, not a liquid ink: nothing evaporates and no nozzle can clog. A cartridge kept in reserve remains usable the day the machine calls for it.
Is this Lexmark 808C cartridge new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine Lexmark supply. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months on this reference. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found.
