Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Compatibility : the printers visible in the image are only an example of use: only the exact reference of the consumable guarantees compatibility with your machine.
  • Quantity : an image of a multipack or a multicolour set says nothing about the packaging sold — the number of units and the colour are those of the title and the specifications.
  • Yield : standard, XL and high-yield versions most often share the same photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers take the Canon 045 Cyan toner (1241C002AA)?
The Canon i-SENSYS LBP611Cn, LBP613Cdw and the MF631Cn, MF633Cdw and MF635Cx multifunction printers. Our data also lists it for the imageCLASS LBP612Cdw, MF632Cdw and MF634Cdw, their equivalents in other markets.
How many pages does the Canon 045 Cyan cartridge give?
About 1,300 pages. That is a single-workstation capacity: in an office that mostly prints text and uses colour only sparingly, a cyan cartridge easily lasts several months.
What is in the box of the Canon 045 Cyan toner?
One Canon 045C cyan toner cartridge. It is the only part to replace: the other colours and the rest of the printing mechanism stay in place in the machine.
Can the cyan be replaced on its own on an i-SENSYS MF633Cdw?
Yes. Each colour in the 045 range is a separate cartridge, in its own slot: the cyan is removed and replaced without touching the black, yellow or magenta left in place.
Is the Canon 045 Cyan toner genuine?
Yes, genuine Canon, 045 range. It is the cartridge the manufacturer specifies for these colour i-SENSYS printers: the powder is formulated for their fusing mechanism, which gives consistent shades of cyan from one print to the next.
Does a spare Canon 045 Cyan cartridge keep well?
Yes. Toner is a powder, not liquid ink: nothing dries out and no nozzle can clog. A spare cartridge waits in its packaging, lying flat and away from heat, until the day it is needed.
Is the Canon 045 Cyan toner new and under warranty?
Yes, new and sealed in its original Canon packaging. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year: keep it with the box.
