3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Cash on delivery (deposit of 300 DH by card or bank transfer)

Pay 300 MAD up front by card, then 779 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Cash at a bank branch

Pay the cash in at any of the 3,400 Attijariwafa Bank branches in Morocco, to the SGM2I account no. 0268 D 000 000 426. You do not need an account there: your ID and the cash are enough.

How many pages does the Canon 045 yellow cartridge print?
About 1,300 pages, or a little over two and a half reams of 500 sheets. That is a desktop workstation yield: for heavy colour use, keep a spare cartridge on hand from the day the printer is set up.
Is this a genuine Canon cartridge?
Yes, reference 1239C002AA, barcode 4549292073577. These two identifiers are the safest check before ordering, as the four colours in the 045 range carry very similar codes.
Is the 045 yellow cartridge enough to print in colour?
No, it only supplies yellow. Black, cyan and magenta are ordered separately on an i-SENSYS MF633Cdw or LBP613Cdw: check the level of all four colours before placing your order.
Can the toner in the 045 cartridge dry out in storage?
No. It is a dry powder, not liquid ink: no nozzle to clog, nothing to evaporate during the months in storage. A cartridge kept in advance remains usable as it is.
Is this Canon 045 yellow cartridge new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine Canon cartridge. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months on this reference. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found.
