1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What is the difference between the HP 30X and the 30A, and which should I choose?
The 30X is the high-yield version: 3,500 pages versus 1,600 for the 30A, meaning half as many replacements. Identical dimensions (358 × 108 × 135 mm) and the same printers: for sustained volumes, the 30X is the one to go for.
Which printers does this CF230X toner fit?
The HP LaserJet Pro M203 printers and the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227 multifunction printers. The CF230A, which yields fewer pages, covers the same machines. Check for the M203 or M227 model number on your printer: that is the reliable reference point.
How are the stated 3,500 pages measured?
It is an approximate average yield established according to the ISO/IEC 19752 standard. The actual number varies significantly depending on the content of the printed pages: take this figure as a guide for comparison, not as a promise.
Will I know in advance when the toner is nearing the end of its life?
