This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers take the HP 37A toner (CF237A)?
The HP LaserJet Enterprise M607, M608 and M609 and the M631, M632 and M633 multifunction printers, Flow versions included. HP also lists it for the LaserJet E60155, E60165, E62555 and E62565.
What size of team is the HP 37A toner suited to?
HP sizes it for 10 to 25 users, printing 5,000 to 30,000 pages a month. That is the most useful benchmark for deciding: below that, a single-workstation cartridge is enough; above it, you need to move up to the high-capacity versions in the series.
How many pages does the HP 37A Black toner last?
11,000 pages, an average yield determined in accordance with ISO/IEC 19752, the standard for monochrome supplies. Actual yield varies considerably depending on the content of the printed pages.
How many cartridge sizes are there in the HP 37 series?
Three. The 37A at 11,000 pages, the high-capacity 37X at 25,000 pages and the extra-high-capacity 37Y at 41,000 pages. All three fit the same machines: the choice comes down to monthly volume.
Are the 37X and 37Y versions supplied with the printer?
No. HP states it in black and white: the high-capacity 37X and extra-high-capacity 37Y cartridges are not included when you buy the machine and are purchased separately.
At what temperature can an HP 37A toner be stored?
Between -20 and 40 °C for storage, and 15 to 30 °C for operation. In practice, avoid the plant room or a vehicle left in full sun: above 40 °C, the powder is no longer within its storage conditions.
What is in the HP 37A toner box?
The cartridge and a recycling guide. Nothing else is needed to get the machine running again: the rest of the printing mechanism stays in the printer.
How much space does a spare HP 37A cartridge take up?
380 × 180 × 270 mm for 2.6 kg: a block nearly 40 cm long that you carry with both hands. Set aside a shelf next to the machine, and keep it flat in its box until replacement.
Can the toner level be monitored across a fleet of machines?
Yes. The cartridge provides smart monitoring of the powder level, with gauges more reliable than on previous generations. Page maximising technology adds a few extra prints at the end of its life rather than discarding it too early.
How can you protect yourself against a fake HP 37A toner?
The cartridge features HP anti-fraud technology, designed to keep out counterfeits and ensure consistent quality across the whole fleet. On shared office machines, it is as much about print quality as about protecting the mechanism.
Is the HP 37A Black toner new and under warranty?
