1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What is in the box, and do you need to install any software?
The box contains the mouse, 2 AAA batteries, a getting-started guide, product information and the warranty card. No software to install: you insert the batteries, plug in the USB receiver and the mouse responds.
Does the HP 200 mouse recharge via a cable, or do you need to buy new batteries?
It is not rechargeable: it runs on 2 standard AAA batteries, included in the box and to be replaced once they run out. No charging cable or dock to plan for.
How far from the computer does the HP 200 mouse work?
Up to 10 metres (30 feet), over a 2.4 GHz wireless connection via the included USB receiver. Enough to control a computer connected to a meeting-room screen from the other side of the room.
Is this mouse suitable for a left-handed user?
Yes. Its contoured shape is designed to stay comfortable all day in either hand, left or right.
Does it work on Mac and Chromebook?
Yes: it supports Windows 7 and later, Mac OS X 10.x and Chrome. No software to install: you plug in the 2.4 GHz USB receiver and the mouse responds.
Is it a small travel mouse or a full-size desktop mouse?
It is compact and portable: 95 × 58.5 × 34 mm and 78 g, a size that slips into a laptop bag without being noticed.
Do you need a mouse mat for it to work properly?
Its red LED optical sensor delivers precision and speed on a wide range of surfaces: a mouse mat is not needed.
