1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers take the HP 655A magenta toner (CF453A)?
The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M652 (M652n, M652dn), M653 (M653dn, M653x) and the M681 (M681dh, M681f, Flow M681z) and M682 (Flow M682z) multifunction printers. The magenta cartridge currently installed should carry the reference CF453A.
How many pages does the HP 655A magenta print?
About 10,500 pages, a composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield declared in accordance with ISO/IEC 19798. The three colours are measured together on a series of standard test pages: it is an average for mixed use.
How long do ten thousand five hundred pages last?
Twenty-one reams of 500 sheets. For a department printing one thousand five hundred colour pages a month, one magenta cartridge lasts seven months. It is a supply for a printer shared by a team.
How much does an HP 655A cartridge weigh?
1.03 kg. A workgroup printer cartridge, to be laid flat while you swap it. Allow for the corresponding storage space if you keep a full spare set of colours.
Does the CF453A get the printer going again with all colours?
No, it only supplies magenta. Black, cyan and yellow are three separate references on these printers: check all four levels at once, as a workgroup printer will not restart without the missing colour.
Can the 655A magenta toner be kept in reserve?
Yes. It is a dry powder: nothing evaporates and no nozzle can clog, even after months. On a printer shared by a whole floor, keeping all four colours in reserve avoids downtime.
Is this HP 655A magenta toner new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine HP toner. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year on this reference. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found.
