3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Cash on delivery (deposit of 300 DH by card or bank transfer)

Pay 300 MAD up front by card, then 929 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Cash at a bank branch

Pay the cash in at any of the 3,400 Attijariwafa Bank branches in Morocco, to the SGM2I account no. 0268 D 000 000 426. You do not need an account there: your ID and the cash are enough.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is this HP 203A yellow cartridge compatible with my printer?
It is listed as compatible with the HP Color LaserJet Pro M254, M280 and M281. Compare part number CF542A with that of the toner already installed: that is what counts, more than the machine's commercial name.
Is there a version that prints more pages before it needs replacing?
Yes: the CF542A is the standard version, rated for 1,300 pages. The high-yield CF542X (HP 203X) goes up to 2,500 pages in yellow, with the same 363 x 96 x 111 mm dimensions — enough to space out replacements at high volumes.
What kind of documents do the quoted 1,300 pages correspond to?
It is a composite average yield for cyan, yellow and magenta, measured according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. The actual result varies considerably with page content: heavily illustrated documents use up the toner far faster than a letter.
Is this yellow toner enough on its own to print in colour?
No: this part number supplies only yellow. The black CF540A (1,400 pages), the cyan CF541A and the magenta CF543A (1,300 pages each) have their own part numbers and are ordered separately.
