3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers take the Lexmark C2350C0 cyan cartridge?
The Lexmark C2425dw and C2535dw, as well as the MC2425adw, MC2535adwe and MC2640adwe multifunction printers. The reference to look for on the cyan cartridge currently installed is C2350C0.
How many pages does the C2350C0 cyan cartridge print?
About 1,000 pages, or two reams of 500 sheets. It is a small-office yield: for a department printing two hundred colour pages a month, one cartridge covers just under six months.
What does the Lexmark Return Programme mean for this cartridge?
The cartridge is patented and sold at a discount, on condition that it is used only once and returned to Lexmark for remanufacturing and recycling. Replacement cartridges not subject to these restrictions are also available.
Does the cartridge stop before it is empty?
Yes, and Lexmark says so: it stops working once a certain quantity of toner has been used and may then still contain a variable amount. This is how the Return Programme is designed to work.
Is this cartridge suitable for high-volume printing?
It is a standard-yield cartridge: cheaper to buy, but fewer pages than a high-yield cartridge. Lexmark intends it for low-volume printing — beyond that, the high-yield version works out cheaper per page.
What does Lexmark Unison toner bring?
It is the powder formulation specific to Lexmark systems: it aims for consistent image quality from one page to the next, long-term reliability of the printing system and vibration-free operation.
What happens to the cartridge once it is empty?
It is sent back through the Lexmark collection programme, which takes back the brand's used supplies. The return is stated to be free of charge, and it is part of the commitment made at purchase.
Does the C2350C0 print anything other than cyan?
No, only cyan. Black, magenta and yellow are separate references on the C2425, C2535 and MC2640: check all four levels before ordering.
Is this Lexmark C2350C0 cartridge new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine Lexmark supply. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months on this reference. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found.
