3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Pay 300 MAD up front by card, then 649 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What does “return programme” mean on this Lexmark C2350K0 toner?
These cartridges are patented and sold at a discounted price in exchange for a commitment: single use, then return to Lexmark for remanufacturing and recycling. Lexmark also offers replacement cartridges without these restrictions.
Can this toner be refilled once it is empty?
No. The cartridge is patented for single use and stops working after a certain amount of toner has been used. If being able to refill your supplies matters when you buy, go for the Lexmark references outside the return programme, which are available alongside.
Why does the cartridge stop when it still contains toner?
This is the stated behaviour for this type of cartridge: when replacement becomes necessary, it may still contain a variable amount of toner. The stop corresponds to the single-use threshold of the return programme, not to a strictly empty reservoir.
Which printers does this black toner fit?
The Lexmark C2425dw, C2535dw, MC2425adw, MC2535adwe and MC2640adwe, all colour laser machines. Reference C2350K0 handles black only. Check the exact model shown on your printer before ordering.
Are the stated 1,000 pages measured according to a standard?
Yes: up to 1,000 pages of average continuous yield, measured according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard in single-sided printing. It is a standard yield, cheaper to buy and intended for low volumes; Lexmark's high-yield cartridges print more pages at a higher price.
What should you do with the cartridge once it is empty?
You hand it over to the Lexmark collection programme, free of charge, for remanufacturing and recycling. This is the counterpart to the discounted price of return programme cartridges, and it avoids throwing the consumable away with ordinary office waste.
Do you need to consider the destination region of the cartridge?
Yes: these cartridges are designed for use within a specific geographic region. This is worth knowing if your printer was bought outside Morocco.
Is this toner a genuine Lexmark consumable, and what warranty does it carry?
Yes: a new genuine Lexmark toner with the Unison formula, reference C2350K0, covered by a 3-month warranty — the invoice serves as the warranty document. Genuine supplies are designed to maintain the same image quality from the first page to the last.
