1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Is this a clip-in cartridge or a toner reload?
It is a reload kit, not a cartridge. The HP Neverstop system prints without a cartridge: you pour the powder into the printer's refillable tank.
Which printers can be reloaded with this HP 103A?
It is designed for the HP Neverstop Laser 1000 series and the HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200 multifunction printers. Check for the “Neverstop” label on your printer: the kit is designed specifically for this reload system. This kit is the black version of the HP 103 range.
How many pages does one reload give, and how is that figure calculated?
2,500 pages on average, measured according to the ISO/IEC 19752 standard, the common benchmark for all manufacturers. Actual yield varies noticeably with page content: lots of solid black areas lower it, plain text improves it.
Is the W1103A a single kit or a pack of two?
A single kit, for 2,500 pages. The two-pack has a different part number, the W1103AD (HP 103AD Dual Pack), which contains two kits of 2,500 pages each.
Is reloading the tank messy?
No. Toner replacement is designed to be clean, provided you follow the installation instructions. And it is an infrequent task: you only reload about every 2,500 pages.
Is this HP 103A toner genuine and under warranty?
Yes: genuine HP toner formulated for HP Neverstop laser printers, covered by the HP Premium Protection Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, and by a 1-year warranty with your invoice. Details in the HP datasheet (PDF).
