3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which printers is the HP 55A (CE255A) toner compatible with?
It is designed for the HP LaserJet Enterprise P3015 (including the P3015dn), the HP LaserJet Pro M521 multifunction printers (M521dw, M521dn) and the HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 MFP M525 (M525f, M525c). Check the CE255A reference on your printer before buying.
How many pages can be printed with the HP 55A cartridge?
Its average yield is approximately 6,000 pages (ISO/IEC 19752 standard). Actual yield varies with the coverage of your pages.
Is it a genuine HP toner or a compatible model?
It is an original HP LaserJet toner (genuine), ref. CE255A, not a compatible or remanufactured supply.
Is there a high-capacity version of this toner?
Yes. The range includes the high-capacity HP 55X (CE255X), at approximately 12,500 pages (up to 13,500 on some M525 models), as well as the CE255XD two-pack. The 55A (CE255A) offered here is the standard capacity, at approximately 6,000 pages.
Does the HP 55A toner print in colour?
No, it is a black-only toner, intended for printing text and monochrome documents.
Is this HP 55A toner new and under warranty?
