1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Is the HP 305 tri-colour (3YM60AE) an original cartridge?
Yes, it is an original (genuine) HP ink cartridge, designed and tested with your HP printer for vivid colours and sharp text.
What does “tri-colour” mean for the HP 305 cartridge?
It means that a single cartridge combines cyan, magenta and yellow. To print in black, you need the separate HP 305 black cartridge: the two complement each other.
How many pages can you print with the HP 305 tri-colour?
Its average yield is approximately 100 pages (ISO/IEC 24711 standard), for a volume of 2 ml. The actual yield depends on the printed content.
Is there a high-capacity version of the HP 305 colour?
Yes, the HP 305XL is the high-yield version, sold separately: it prints more pages and works out cheaper in use if you print regularly.
