Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Compatibility : the printers visible in the image are only an example of use: only the exact reference of the consumable guarantees compatibility with your machine.
  • Quantity : an image of a multipack or a multicolour set says nothing about the packaging sold — the number of units and the colour are those of the title and the specifications.
  • Yield : standard, XL and high-yield versions most often share the same photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many colours does the HP 72 C9383A printhead cover?
Two: magenta and cyan. On HP DesignJet plotters, a single printhead serves two inks — so you need to match the faulty colour with the corresponding printhead reference before ordering.
Which printers does the HP 72 C9383A printhead fit?
HP DesignJet plotters. Check the printhead reference given in your machine's manual: the DesignJet range spans several generations, and printheads are not interchangeable from one series to another.
What does the HP 72 printhead bring to print quality?
Precision maintained at high print speeds, with supplies management features that save time. On a plotter in production, the difference between a new printhead and a worn one shows first in solid fills.
What is in the HP 72 printhead package?
The printhead only, in a 28 x 143 x 132 mm package weighing 110 grams. Ink is not included: they are two separate consumables, to be ordered separately.
Is the HP 72 C9383A printhead new and under warranty?
New, reference C9383A, in original HP packaging, weighing 66 grams. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document requested if you make a claim.
